  • Primary Carriers: Australia Post, StarTrack and Aramex.

  • All orders are dispatched via insured, tracked services.

3. Processing & Delivery Times

Our delivery schedule is defined as follows:

  • Order Cut-off: 5:00 PM (AEST – Australian Eastern Standard Time).

  • Handling Time: 1 – 2 business days (Monday to Friday).

  • Transit Time: 2 – 6 business days (Monday to Friday).

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your unique tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to be updated after receiving your tracking code.

5. Missing or Lost Items

If your tracking shows "delivered" but you have not received your parcel:

  1. Check the delivery address provided in your order.

  2. Ask neighbours or check safe drop locations on your property.

  3. Contact us immediately at info@lucylebelle.com. We will open an investigation with the carrier.

6. Taxes & Duties

All prices on our website are inclusive of applicable GST (Goods and Services Tax). Customers are not required to pay any additional import duties or customs fees upon delivery.
