2. Returns & Refunds
What is your return period? We offer an industry-leading 90-day return guarantee. You have three full months from the date of receipt to decide whether the product is right for you.
Are there any return shipping fees? No. Return shipping is FREE for customers in Australia. We will provide you with a prepaid return label. No restocking fees apply.
How will I receive my refund? Once we have inspected your return, the refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method. This typically takes 5 to 7 business days.
